Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping. During high-demand drops or special releases, processing times may take longer.

Shipping Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of KAIRO’s control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number through the email provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to a few days to appear.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. KAIRO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error with your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

KAIRO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control. If your package has an issue, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.
